Data We Collect: When you submit an enquiry or book with us, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, contact telephone number, postal address, and booking dates.
How We Use Your Data: Your information is strictly used to communicate with you regarding your stay, process your booking, and ensure your arrival details are confirmed. We will never sell, lease, or distribute your personal details to third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services: We use trusted third-party services (such as Google Workspace/Forms for processing communications and Google Calendar for managing availability). These services adhere to strict UK GDPR compliance standards.
External CCTV & Security: For the safety of our property and guests, external CCTV cameras and a video doorbell monitor the driveway and building entry points. No cameras are located inside the property. Footage is overwritten automatically on a rolling basis unless required for security incidents.

2. Booking Terms & House Rules
By placing a booking with Peak View Holmfirth, guests agree to the following conditions:
Check-In & Check-Out: Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure (unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing).
Occupancy: The number of guests staying must not exceed the maximum capacity specified in your booking confirmation (sleeps up to 8 guests). Parties, events, and commercial gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy: Well-behaved pets are welcome! We ask that dogs are kept off furniture and beds, are not left unattended inside the house, and that the garden is kept clean after your pet.
Complimentary Wi-Fi: Unlimited Fibre Broadband is provided free for guest use during your stay. Guests agree to use the internet connection responsibly and for lawful purposes only.
Damages & Care: Guests are expected to keep the property in a clean and tidy condition. Please report any accidental breakage or damage promptly so we can address it for the next guests.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours in Hade Edge by keeping noise to a reasonable level, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
